I'm Johannes Bartl, and this is my story

I am a personal trainer with more than 15 years of experience in fitness. I have helped thousands of people get their dream bodies. I’m a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer, Master Instructor for CrossCore180, certified TRX Trainer, certified Personal Trainer, and more. I started my fitness journey at the age of 12 when I first began to do calisthenics while being part of soccer, swim, and volleyball teams.
